- How do I book an appointment?
- Book online through Booker, or call or text (504) 261-4040. A deposit is required to secure your appointment time. Clean Skin is a private, one-client-at-a-time suite, so appointments are arranged directly with Thea.
- Where is the studio?
- 7809 Airline Drive, Suite 306A, Metairie, LA 70003.
- Do you treat men and teens?
- Yes. Facials and waxing are offered to men, women and teens, and each treatment is individualized rather than one-size-fits-all.
- What happens during my first facial?
- It starts with a skin analysis so Thea can see what your skin needs, then the facial is built around that. You leave with aftercare guidance for keeping the results.
- Which products are used?
- Aveda products are used for facials and Bushbalm for wax pre and post care. Thea sources products for skin health first, with safe and effective ingredients.
- How should I prepare for a wax?
- Come with clean, dry skin, skip lotions and oils that day, and let hair grow to about a quarter inch. Avoid strong exfoliants and retinoids for a couple of days beforehand, and tell Thea about any products you use so she can adjust.
- Can I add anything to my facial?
- Foot reflexology can be added to any facial. Ask when you book so the extra time is set aside for you.
